Prof Chandrani is a full time professor at the S P Jain Institute of Management
& Research in Mumbai. His areas of interest include Business Strategy, International Relations, Corporate Finance, Accounting and Management Consulting.
In his role as Chairperson International Relations, he is responsible for crafting the Institutes‟ globalization strategy and developing global partnerships to enhance the School’s presence across the world. Earlier, he was the Chairperson of the School’s Executive MBA program, Head of the Finance Department and also Chairperson of the PGPM – one year full time MBA program.
Before joining SPJIMR, Prem had over 30 years work experience encompassing assurance, consulting, corporate finance, business strategy and general management. He has held C- Level positions in a number of leading companies across the globe. During his career, he has lived and worked in USA, Canada, UK, Middle East, Australia, Japan and India.
Prem has received several awards in teaching, including the best professor award for 2019 from the University of Warsaw and the prestigious Educator Award 2020 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Varsha has over a decade of work experience in multiple disciplines. Her forte has been Legal and Company Secretarial documentation and Statutory Compliances in UAE and India. Prior to Anant Financial Consultants Inc., Varsha worked as freelance consultant. Before that she has worked in Back-office documentation, Para Legal and Company Secretarial roles at number of organizations including ABA Management Consultants (UAE), First Gulf Sales (UAE), Shah & Associates Company Secretaries (India) and Shantilal Dand Company Secretaries (India);
Varsha is a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI - India) and holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University (India). She is currently pursuing Immigration Consultant Certification from CDI College – Ontario, Canada;
